This story began back in late 2020 when Camera Operator and Editor, Calum met Gary Warren and heard his story about his beloved Ford Fiesta. The next day Calum told the story to the office and said "this is something we could make a video for" and it all kicked off from there. Gary's late Uncle Brian had passed away in early 2020, but he had many fond memories of Brian's racing career and in particular one very special Ford Fiesta that he used to own. Some time ago the Fiesta had been sold and by chance Gary found it for sale in an online advert. After the passing of his uncle, Gary knew that he had to buy the car and get it back in the family.
We were thrilled when upon viewing the finished video, Gary told us that he planned to hire out a screen at Cineworld and invite along his relatives and the racing community that knew Brian, for its first public showing. Since we are video creators and big film fans the chance to see our work on the big screen was a dream come true. I think we can safely say that the short documentary went down well with its audience and the experience has kept us on the keen lookout for more stories to tell.
