We have recently completed the Shell LiveWire programme. An incredibly valuable course that helps SMEs to get themselves into the best position for sustainable growth. From the very first session we were developing ideas and processes which are adding value to our business today. The six month programme covered many topics including innovation and business design, leadership, marketing, sales for growth, financials, and employee retention.
